Ne reîntâlnim la aceeași masă a discuțiilor, cu subiecte interesante despre Audit. Parte din ele vin propuse de oamenii cu care m-am intersectat în întreaga mea carieră, altele sunt chiar concluziile mele extrase din Cariera mea.

Acum mi se pare că ar trebui să continui ideea de la început, din Titlu. Dilema despre Risc și Oportunitate.
Riscul și Oportunitatea sunt realități cu care ne lovim în toate aspectele vieții în general. Apar ca perspective prin care dorim să înțelegem o Conjunctură în care ne trezim la un moment dat. O privim ca pe un Risc, și dăm înapoi sau rămânem blocați, sau ca pe o Oportunitate, și prindem aripi și încercăm să nu o pierdem?
De ce ar lua cineva în considerare Auditul ca o Soluție și la ce anume?
În primul rând, acest subiect vreau să-l abordez potrivit viziunii mele despre Audit, adică, așa cum îl înțeleg și îl practic de 20 de ani în afacerile mele de suflet. Asta ca să înțelegi dacă părerile noastre coincid.
Dacă nu aș lua lucrurile așa cum le înțeleg eu și așa cum le și fac, dacă nu aș îndrăzni chiar să rescriu conceptele încetățenite în mentalitatea de business, așa cum am rescris multe pagini din viața mea, nu aș fi eu, Diana Filip și nici nu m-aș strădui să îmbunătățesc stadiul actual al Auditului, nici prin Cursurile pe care le susțin, nici prin activitățile concrete de auditare a Organizațiilor clienților mei.
Conceptul meu personal despre Audit și … consecințe!
În concepția mea, Auditorul trebuie să își înțeleagă perfect Rolul, Locul și Vocația.
Aparent, poate părea forțat să te referi la o profesie într-un domeniu de business financiar/consultanță ca și la o Vocație. Dar nu este așa. Businessul este o zonă în care lucrurile trebuie să fie bazate pe reguli clare și exactitate, dacă îți dorești succesul.
La fel, Auditorul trebuie să știe exact ce face, cum face și de ce o face.
Trebuie să înțeleagă, în primul rând, ce este.
Vocația lui este empatia cu viziunea și ambiția Antreprenorului de a dezvolta Compania lui sau de a-l ajuta să ajungă, prin mijloace adecvate și realiste la acest Obiectiv de dezvoltare.
Prin excelență, Auditorul este Partenerul de afaceri cel mai important al Companiei, chiar dacăel face parte din fața nevăzută a afacerii.
El, Auditorul,
- nu este investitorul sau omul cu finanțele
- nu este Executivul
- nu este în board-ul Companiei
- nu este contabilul, nici în HR-ul Companiei
- nu e nici responsabilul cu Producția, Distribuția sau Marketingul
Rolul lui este de a comunica ce nu merge bine și ce trebuie îmbunătățit, decât a lăuda și a bate prietenește pe umăr. El pune în față imaginea reală a unei afaceri, exprimându-se în cifre, statistici, grafice, analize despre stadiul în care se află afacerea, pregătește firma să facă față controalelor autorităților sau auditurilor cerute de actuali sau potențiali clienți.
Managerii de Resurse Umane spun că dacă vrei să recrutezi/contractezi un auditor intern foarte bun, trebuie să verifici mai întâi să nu aibă inimă.
În al doilea rând, un Auditor trebuie să înțeleagă și ce nu este.
Auditorul nu este un inchizitor, chiar dacă percepția instinctivă a Antreprenorului și a salariaților, cu care va intra în contact, poate fi asta. Chiar dacă rezultatul unui Audit intern poate descoperi neconformități sau abateri de la Standarde, auditorul nu aplică contravenții sau amenzi, ci aplică…Soluții. Iar dacă la rândul său, antreprenorul aplică soluțiile auditorului, atunci întregul proces managerial și de producție se însănătoșește.
Această etică profesională presupune CALITĂȚI și ABILITĂȚI native dar și dobândite pentru un Auditor.
- Abilitatea de a câștiga încrederea și credibilitatea celorlalți
- Atenția la detalii
- Abilitatea de a sintetiza un număr mare de date
- Abilitatea de lucra bine cu ceilalți
- Viziune și instinct
- Capacitatea de a vedea imaginea de ansamblu
- Calități interpersonale
- Abilitatea de a lua decizii sub presiune
- Leadership
- Abilității de comunicare foarte bune
Cunoștințele tehnice și etice puternice sunt absolut fundamentale pentru a avea succes în domeniul auditului.
Toate aceste aspecte legate de Auditor, dar și multe altele, le poți aprofunda mult mai bine alături de mine. Aș fi încântată să te știu interesat de asta și, de aceea, îți recomand să îmi trimiți un replay!
